About a month ago I blogged about having a potholder loom when I was younger. (You can revisit it here!) Then I saw this one – and I want it! My poor mom got the shaft on the one I made her.
Visit Chasing Fireflies to purchase it for me

I saw this gingerbread house on TomKat Studio and it made me realize just how lacking my creativity is.
My mother loves to have all of my siblings and I make gingerbread houses each year for Christmas and then she makes a village. It is a lot of fun until everyone starts picking on my house. Here is a pic of Kenny and I with our gingerbread houses a few years ago.

I had one of these potholder loom’s as a kid, did anyone else? My mom still has some of the potholder’s that I made, I feel so loved.

I LOVE glitter and I LOVE Christmas. So what could be better than GLITTER TREES!!!!!! I am definitely going to attempt this craft featured on I ♥ naptime w/ Chocolate Sundaes. Glue and glitter, how bad could it be?

As you already know I’m a big fan of pink and green so of course I loved this party, my favorite part was the pink and green DIY ribbon topiary. Don’t they look so cool!

You know how sometimes you just see a photo or painting and it just sucks you in? That’s exactly what this picture did. I don’t know what it is about it, but I LOVE it. Image from the website La Dolce Vita – how fitting?

I love the artwork of Sarah Ashley Longshore. It’s fun, unique, and has some shock value! Below are two of my favorite pieces.

She also makes these fun chairs. I love the goldfish one!

Silhouette is a digital printer that instead of printing, cuts vinyl, heavy card stock, material iron-ons, and rhinestones into shapes and fonts. The machine is $300, which is a hefty investment, and then you have to buy the accessories. But think of all the cool things you could do with it! I would have my monogram on everything I own, it would be a dangerous weapon. And sayings on mirrors. And my name in glass dishes. And Christmas Gifts. Oh the possibilities!!!!!
