Delivery Gown

Granted I haven’t had children so I don’t know how realistic this would be, but how sweet would this delivery gown be in your newborn photos rather than the hospital issued blue gown? And it looks way comfier (is that a word, spell check didn’t say it wasn’t).

These charms from Dixie Patches are so cute and unique. Check out a few of my favs below.

Call-Me-A-Ride Keg. Screw open the top and find your designated driver’s number inside. Makes me think of my good ‘ole sorority days.

A shotgun shell! Seriously a sterling silver shotgun shell, how much more unique can you get?

Peel-n-Eat Shrimp. Delicious!

Hurricane Palm. Charm bracelets are supposed to signify an event so that whenever you look down at your wrist you are filled with memories. This charm is a beautiful and simple way to remember surviving Katrina (or any hurricane).

Rumba Time Watch

A few weeks ago I was telling my husband about this great idea I had for a waterproof watch. Something really simple, like a jelly bracelet (or these days silly bands), but still stylish. The main purpose being time keeping, a secondary purpose would be to set a “reapply sunscreen” alarm. Something cheap that if I lost it in the water I wouldn’t be sad. It was my greatest idea yet!

Within a couple hours I started reading Glamour magazine and all my hopes and dreams were shattered. They were advertising the Rumba Time Watch.

A silicone watch that comes in a variety of colors (32). The watches are water-resistant to a depth of 99 feet. And are $20. The Rumba Time Watch was my idea – there goes my fortune – better luck next time.

Salvatore Ferragamo

How a-freaking-mazing are these shoes? Oh my gosh the heel is sky high and I love it (which my husband will find impossible since I kick mine off as soon as I get home)! And leather that looks like lace, that is a work of art. I originally saw these on a model in a magazine and they look even better on the foot. The skin peeks throw the intricate design and bellisamo. I’m not a shoe whore, I don’t go ga-ga for Louboutin’s – I usually don’t spend over $50 for a pair of shoes – but $1100 for this pair is very, very tempting.

Katie Holmes

I saw this picture of Katie Holmes a few months ago on People.com and something just drew me to it. And then I just saw it in the latest issue of Cosmopolitan magazine. She looks so pulled together, yet so chill. I love the white short sleeve sweater on top of the white tee, a look I’ve worn before. I love the casual “summer” scarf. And the baggy “just borrowed from Tom Cruise” jeans look so damn comfortable. Definitely a look I will steal when the warm weather returns.
